WRITE A REVIEW

“Terrible Service”

We overheated in our Mitsubishi whilst towing the caravan home on the A55 from Angelsey. We managed to limp to the services and call Green Flag at 16.05 when we were advised somebody would be with us within the hour and either fix the problem or take us, our car and the caravan back home. At 17.30 we were still stranded and nobody had been out, I called them again to check and was told the driver was just stuck in a bit of traffic and would be with us at 17.45. At 18.20 a recovery truck arrived but guess what he couldn't tow the caravan. I called again not very happy to be told another driver would be with us in in 30 min. Guess what it's now 19.50 and the driver has just called to say he will be another 30 minutes.
Some 3hrs 45mins after ringing Green Flag we are still waiting to be recovered!!!!!

DO NOT USE GREEN FLAG
