“The worst airline ever”

Always late, the staff rude and difficult to find, the food horrible, the entertainment system didn't work half of the time, the toilets in bad condition with tape and hand written notes of don't use this or flush by pushing that, etc. The interior of the plane dirty and in bad condition (you opened the overhead compartment and you can end with a part of the door in you hand), the smell in the plane was very bad, in general a horrible experience.
The worse was that they retained our passports and didn't let us to go out of the plane until Italian authorities confirmed that people from my country don't need visa schengen, even when you can see it in the Internet.
This is expensive at any price.
