The sales team are very helpful, after that you are more or less on your own. All documents are by email and they forgot to add vouchers. Our hotel had to contact them and print documents off for us. Then on our trip we were bombarded with emails telling us to reprint documents. All should have been sorted out by Broadway for an easy holiday, not passing the buck onto their clients. Would not use again! May as well book ourselves.
