Money has been wired like clockwork. No issues there. Accounting has been very straightforward. No errors.
Bad Points
Technical/Customer Support is EXTREMELY BAD.
General Comments
We have been with 2Checkout for over 1 1/2 years now, having processed over $350,000 from them. I cannot exmphasize on the lax attitude of the management in trying to improve their customer service. They do NOT reply back to support tickets (if you want proof, ask anyone who has had a 2CO account), emails are not replied back to in time. Customer service is absolutely disgusting. I don't know if the management is literate enough to read the writing on the walls - wake up....your customers are crying for help.....help them out for pete's sake. 2Checkout is stable, but a lot of information is a miss. If they have a problem, they do not disclose it (immediately or post it), unless you pester them, "everthing is fine here" is the answer you get back. Technologically the company has an OK service record, chargebacks are an issue and 2checkout is VERY proactive in resolving them with us, so that is a major plus. Another major plus is the ability that 2CO works with international vendors/merchants, which is a HUGE plus. If they only improve their customer service, they can be the kings of the 3PP market.
