“Loop holes in breakdown cover with parts and labour cover”

Last July 215 a door to door salesman called and sold me this cover he was very convincing and persuasive I paid my deposit and set up direct debit for £20 per month last week my car had a noise on the front wheel I had recently had a tyre replaced and thought it was that so called at my local garage they informed me it was my wheel bearings so I asked them not to do the work and phoned the rac I was totally honest with them and told them about the garage although my car was no longer in the garage they refused to come out so if I'd lied and not mentioned the garage there wouldn't have been a problem it cost me £240 and they wouldn't even speak to me for over a week customer care centre that's a laugh no all my family and myself have cancelled our policies so they have lost more than £240 would never be with them again lesson learnt just want to pastor on to others
