“using there vans as a house movinging van”

last night I was walking home with my daughter walking past a yodel van there was atlest 7 people taking furniture out of the van and into a house as they was using the van as a house moving van this was at 6.50pm 1 of the men knocked my daughter over then they all laughed thinking it was funny to knock a 3 year old over and making her cry I cannot find a number to ring them apart from a 0844 number I have the registration number
