I was shocked to find out that my original host (Bluehost) had been sold to another company, and that they wanted to charge me twice as much to go from unlimited storage for email and my web site to 5 emails, with a 500 mb cap, and a cap for the web site. I did not need more space, but the change was still offensive, especially considering how cheap storage has become. I pay less for a TB of storage on Dropbox.
I found Inmotion by looking up hosting service reviews. I could not be more pleased. They really do have 24/7 tech support, with folks who know both their service and a lot about networks, settings, DNS servers, IP issues, etc. The support was detailed, accurate, and friendly. They gave me a great deal for a 3 year contract, with unlimited space and unlimited email accounts.
I highly recommend using their service.
