“Don't know what all the moaning is about”

I have owned a new persimmon for 3 years and it's brilliant. Yes there has been some issues and snags but they have all been resolved. I'm in the process of buying my second persimmon home hopefully. We may have got lucky with decent tradesman on my site but most of the people you talk to here are very happy. I'm in the building trade so have a idea what's right and wrong. People saying they have issues getting them back should just keep emailing,phoning, writing etc but even after the "2 year persimmon warranty" ended they have been back to sort any issues.
