“Fast and fair service”

Recycled two devices with Envirofone this time round. Other services may offer a slightly higher price, but the speed, reliability and trust I have in Envirofone's service made it a no brainier to use them. Great communication all the way through the transaction, and most importantly I received the full value offered.

The only borderline negative point to note is the FOC Envirofone postage bag is only insured up to £50, so if you're recycling more valuable devices you will want to pay the extra at the Post Office for insured shipping. The bag sent was a little snug too (I was sending in a tablet!)

Overall thougj, I woule say good work all round by the Envirofone team, and I would of course use them again.
