“Repair and Maintenance”

I was extremely impressed by the quality of service and professionalism that I received in response to a malfunction with the shoot bolts on our patio doors. It could not have been better - the way I was responded to when I first called, the speed with which the replacement parts were sent and then, as I was unable to fit them myself, the fact that two engineers came the same day to sort it out. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and could not have been more helpful. It's the best example of customer service I have ever experienced. And their application of new technology is brilliant, making ordering and paying very straightforward. Thank you FSD
