“Flight delay ”

Let me start by saying I am a gold club member of aadvantage and have an admirals club membership due to frequent business travel. That said, I am fed up with the constant lies from American Airlines when it comes to flight delays. They do not value our time. They persist in posting flight times that are very much out of line with actual delays. I don't know if they want us to get to the airport hours early just in case they are faster than expected at fixing problems, but it is dishonest. Multiple times this year I have had flights delayed, but did not find out until I got to the airport l, even though I check the app and online frequently. What's more, they often show the flight as on time or only slightly delayed when the incoming flight hasn't even left the ground yet, making it impossible to be on time. You can only learn this by searching for the incoming flight. It seems a very poor business model and needlessly dishonest. Also DFW is my hub, I'm going to strongly consider changing airlines.
