“hounding me for licence validation but just moved.”

Very happy with the cost but as I have just moved house I am waiting for licence to come back. They are hounding me for a utility bill ( I live with my dad ) and only 20 so cant give provide that. I sent the dvla online copy to them but not good enough so perhaps a bit more leeway in there requirements as if they cancel I will be hammered for a cancellation that was not my fault..............sign of the times I guess.
