“I was very impressed”

I have just returned from a holiday to Benidorm. The check in at Newcastle was very stress free and the plane was on time. The transfer to the hotel was very well organised and the hotel was superb. On return we were able to check our cases in at the hotel so we didn't see them until we got back to Newcastle which was brilliant.
