“Avoid this shambles of a company!!!”

Avoid. Do not use this company. They are quick enough to take an annual payment. But cancel your policy after sending in all required documentation. The company need investigating by the fca. They hounded me for documentation that they advised recieved on a recorded call and still cancelled my policy. When calling after have an email to say they have cancelled my insurance they tried to lie and deceive me more saying they have not recieved anything. When then proving them wrong they was rude and had very poor customer service. They promised me a call back as they had to ring under writer . Guess what no call back but yes they reinstated it. They have put me at a financial lost.i had to ring up and chase them.avoid!!!!!!!!!!Untrustworthy .unhelpful. Time wasters. God knows how many other people have had this issue. The company is a joke. Underwriters that use this brokerage need to be made aware what they are dealing with.
