When I upgraded I was advised of this service and was given a price. I received the package to return the phone to 02 and did have my reservations that I would get the price I was quoted as had issues with other companies in the past. Well I sent my phone in and received the full amount quoted this was so easy and no hassle at all. Great service. Thank you.
