Excellent service, sent me my laptop completely built and ready to go, with everything I ordered there. Laptop runs amazingly, and for the spec I ordered, I saved hundreds of pounds compared to big brand laptops, and thousands compared to an equal-spec MacBook. It was dispatched within 7 working days, which is incredibly quick, I think a little quicker than normal, but very speedy build. Delivered very safely, and with all the leaflets etc I needed to get started. Only tiny issue is that the icons on 2 of my function keys are the wrong way round, sleep and keyboard backlight, but this is absolutely the only fault in an otherwise brilliant purchase. I will be using PcSpecialist again.
