“The very worst car hire company I have ever ever dealt...”

We had a terrible experience with Europe-cars, We have been travailing for many years in many countries and have always use other rental companies and never ever had problem. Europe-cars in Toulouse have to be the rudest most incompetent car rental people in the world. Booked car for a certain pickup time told to come back in four to five hours with "your car maybe ready then, se are busy!". Then told we could not have the car we wanted. Then told we had to have full insurance as we were hiring the car for more than 30days wasn't mentioned on their web site, this added another $2000 on to our bill.

It was suppose to cover, tires and windscreen. We had problems with two tires, NO TOOLS IN CARE TO CHNAGE TYRES!!!! THEY DIDN'T CHECK!!! Neither we or the tire people could not get anyone from Europe cars or even to ring us to advise us what to do with regard to payment, so we paid for the tires over $585aus, We have never received a refund even though we have emailed them phoned them, strange but they never seem to speak English we try and tell them what the problem is so they say email us! Nothing happens.. Australian Europe-cars are also useless as they could not help us at all even thought we booked the car through them.
DONT DONT DONT DONT EVER USE THEM I'D RATHER PAY MORE WITH AVIS OR HERTZ THAN DEAL WITH THOSE INCOMPETENT FOOLS
