“Good holiday but could have been better”

Overall had a lovely relaxing holiday but frustrated by a couple of things that stopped it being great.
Firstly, we were left behind at the airport by the Fleetway rep! We checked in with her when we landed and got through customs. She said to wait outside for the coach...my wife needed the toilet before we got on the coach but ended up having to walk around the whole airport to find one that was open! So we were delayed 10 mins. In that time the coach left without out us! Rep obviously couldn't be bothered to do a headcount on the coach, which is the minimum they should do in my opinion.
They did get us to the hotel in the end but we had to wait for the next flight in to get through passport checks and baggage reclaim etc. before we left!

Once at the hotel it was very nice although frustating that many of the drinks and cocktails were not included in the Premium All Inclsuive. Would expect that for expensive Champagne and Whisky but to exclude a simple Mohito and Latte coffee was most random and frustating! No one in the hotel seemed to know why random items were not included.
