Very bad avoid this company at all cost still not received my money received an email saying my phone had alot of damaged which it wasn't they don't reply to emails contacting then via phone was a nightmare phone is always engaged or don't answer asked to speak to a manager the lady said she doesn't know the manager and can't give the managers name out. Had emails saying they had not received my phone but I had tracking details which confirmed they had received it later after spending hours trying to get through the lady said it was in there warehouse in the afternoon I received an email stating list of damage to my phone and offered me less than what they had said from £22.95 to £11.75 just cracked screen for iphone but my sony xperia £13.50 with damaged screen no change to price. Passed details to action fraud and report this to the police today.
On the order it stated faulty/damaged on both then they knock you down stating list if problems. Do not use this company looked all guienue but its not.
