“waste of time!”

Booked 10 lessons with the instructor who came up on the system as available for my area. Instructor eventually arrived 20 minutes late, with a flat tyre, and stated that he is unable to teach me as he "lives too far away".

This was going to be my first driving lesson, so there were a lot of nerves and waiting around all morning. Feels like a complete waste of a day.

Not sure why the instructor didn't a)realise I was too far when my booking came through to him, and b) hadn't set his limits for teaching area tighter to where he was ACTUALLY willing to teach.

BSM did phone me about 20 minutes later and offered to rebook with a different instructor - however, I declined and opted for a full refund.

The operator was lovely - though she did have to ring about half an hour later, as the refund hadn't gone through, so she needed more details - bit of a nightmare!
