Good Points
Comfortable.

Bad Points
Doesn't work. Loses connection all the time, and doesn't hold its charge.

General Comments
I was given this headset as a replacement for an earlier Sony Ericsson headset that I was having problems with. I have found this model to be virtually useless, as it continuously loses its connection.
