“The worst service I have ever recieved”

I am currentyl pregnant and they told that I will get a cupbaord between 6-8 weeks, however after week 10, they were unable to even locate the whereabouts of my cupboard. Although I have called them every day on my lunch break for 3 weeks non stop, thier scustomer service were unhelpful and never helped to resolve anything. I have no confidence in this incompitant comapny, and I am struggling to cope as i am currentyl living out of bags which is adding a lot of strain on my body. I also explained that I am leaving the country soon so will need my cupbaord which I have paid for in full already, before I fly out, they didnt seem to care or offer me any alterbative solutions. They have just told me they dont know, i have spoken to 4 different people who have told me they dont know where my cupboard is, most probably with supllier but they cant do anything about it. I will never purchase from this jokoe of a company again!
