“Bait and Switch”

You give thier seach engine the dates you wish to travel and expect pricing based on those dates. In my case June. They returned a fare oanly valid October through November, and you have to click on a hidden link to find that out. The customer agent want to convince me that this was normal. It may be in other conuntries but not here in the US.
