“Superb Service”

I sold my IPhone 6 via Mazuma. They offered the best price and despatched the postage pack straight away. I packaged my phone and paid extra for a special delivery with increased insurance. I received an email from Mazuma the following day to confirm receipt of my phone, another around 3hrs later to confirm that they were going to inspect it and a third email around an hour later to confirm that all was well and a cheque was on it's way. The cheque duly arrived the next day.

From start to finish the process took three days and I was kept informed of progress at every stage. I can't recommend them highly enough. Fabulous service and superb communication throughout.
