Good Points
It made me feel okay.

Bad Points
Lost NO weight. Was hungry all the time. Gave me a bladder infection. Horrible taste. HATED it.

General Comments
This product dids not work. Taking fiber tablets works better. It's a was a waste of money. I lost 90 dollars and 0 pounds. It did absolutely nothing for me, and didn't make me feel good at all.
