“Very fast and efficient service”

Excellent, efficient service. Having found the site via moneysavingexpert and the excellent APR offered I thought this was too good to be true. I was wrong. I was offered the rate advertised (3.3%) and am very pleased with the service received. Application was approved within a couple of hours and and there was no sitting around waiting. The online account facility is very good and you can easily see everything you need in the click of a button.

There is nothing to dislike about this company and the process.

A* Service. Banks and other loan providers should look to Zopa to see how its done!
