Good Points
I love this site because not only is there the ability to save a bundle on good designer labels - but there is always a surprise round the corner. You need to log in regularly as there is always an amazing range of clothing for all ages, all colours and all shapes and tastes. One visit will not do! You need to go back and spot the stuff you missed last time! I've bought a lot of things from this site and have been impressed not only by the quality, but the speed of delivery and the customer service which could not be more helpful.

Bad Points
Not so much a bad point, but you do have to visit regularly to snap up the deals. Its not an auction - so once gone, it's gone! And as a trading community, it is rare to find items in multiples, but then it's up to each individual to get in their quick. Not the fault of the site itself at all.

General Comments
The Online Clothes Agency is an easy to use site. Clear. Good navigation. Fun to look round each morning to see what's new. Excellent 'alert service' for special wish/request lists. Interesting articles to read, sometimes quite provocative! Ability to view in five currencies too, which helps oversea members. Quick shipping. Easy returns for most sellers. Very reliable and very friendly. I look forward to watching this site grow.
