Had always considered Safestyle UK bit of a joke. However, my mum choose them for her replacement windows despite the derision of her family. We were impressed by the windows and the consideration every employee showed a senior citizen; very reassuring. When we consulted Safestyle for our own window replacement it was an easy process working with them from start to finish.
The designer and engineer were both personable and knowledgeable making the sales pitch interesting. There was a varied choice of product, all explained in detail. The fitters were prompt, well mannered, very competent and tidy. There are no draughts, the windows look amazing and are easy and flexible to use. We were also told how to keep our windows looking their best. Telephone calls to follow up every stage of the process and keep us informed have been professional and unobtrusive. The whole process has been stress free.
