Good Points
Personable staff, a paycheck, NYC contacts, will place you in your areas of interest.
Bad Points
Underestimates ability of temps, provides little or no positive reinforcement, needs better clients.
Needs more female recruiters, and mix genders in team environments.
General Comments
Kelly Services: I liked working for the NYC office. They really challenged me, and the man who employed me also employed his mother. However, although placed in a "care giver" role, I am sometimes anything but. I asked to be placed in the advertising field and was granted that. Yet, I ended up being the mail lady. A lot of people talk about Kelly, yet a lot of us "temps" have tried it. I would not rely on Kelly for a paycheck (lets face it we were all probably a little underpaid), but I would rely on Kelly Services for a challenge if you are up for it.
