“almost sharp practice”

Had my eyes tested ,chose budget glasses (I am no follower of fashion!)price£70 wanted varifocals,photo chromic added . I got 25% discount (over 65) total £406 with discount £305.50 Paid on c card.! No itemised bill available. 1 hour later I decided that was almost a rip off so I phoned and cancelled was told I could not! As order was being made by factory!!Phoned Boots customer (care!)Had to get very insistant with them, reluctantly they eventually conceded. Went to Asda got virtually same glasses with same extras TWO pairs £138. AVOID Boots like the plague!What has happened to this once trustworthy company?
