Obstructive ploys when a complaint is made, repeatedly requesting the same details each time a work ticket is sent, although the ticket sequence has an identifying number.
General Comments
I have been with Streamline.net for just over 2 years. I had no complaints until it came to renewal of my subscription. I was not sent an invoice and clicked on a 'renewal' link. Imagine my surprise when I received my bank statement and discovered that I had been billed for almost double the original agreed tariff. Streamline's explanation was that they had emailed me on 1st Jan to inform me of the price increase. This is utter rubbish, neither I nor two acquaintances with the same package had been notified. Having scanned the Net, I now find that I am not alone in this situation.
