Hi, I had to contact MCE today by phone to confirm change of insurance to my new bike and cancellation of my old bike's insurance. She was very very helpful. She answered all my questions very promptly, with enthusiasm, with clarity and reassured me of the queries / small concerns that I had. She concisely confirmed our conversation at the end and I was clearly informed and very pleased.
