I ordered from CNF outdoors because they were the cheapest for the BBQ I wanted. I then read some reviews and had a quick panic about whether I'd done the right thing. I emailed the company, and got a reply very swiftly that same evening (Sunday!) which reassured me that my item was on its way. Even though the office phone was going to answer phone, which also worried me, my message was responded to very quickly, and my call returned.Sure enough, although I'd worked myself up, after reading bad reviews, I got my order in perfect condition, and exactly when they said I would. For me CNF delivered what they said, for the best price. I'm happy.
