Booked 'Essence of Japan Tour' and asked for an extra three nights in Tokyo. 6 months later after numerous e-mails and phone calls they managed to book the extra three nights. The only problem was the hotel was 50 miles from the centre of Tokyo! Canceled and went to Travel Nation who booked me on a Cox and Kings Tour, got a business class flight 50% cheaper than Titan and a central hotel and the whole thing took 24hrs. Will be using Travel Nation in future.
