“I wouldn't recommend them to my enemies”

I booked tickets on March 31, 2016. I wanted to cancel them within minutes when I saw that they were 120Euros more than SNAV. There was no way to cancel them on line. I emailed them but no reply until they were contacted by paypal. they said they would refund my money less 30 Euro's but it has been 3 weeks and I have not received a refund. In fact the tickets are still in "my account". They have not cancelled them
