staff very helpful with booking, but rooms not good at the hotel we had to change but the food was good and the transfer from the airport to the hotel on arrival was dreadfull because the booked flight was cancelled at Bristol airport therefore we were late and the lady at the deskon a2b transport was rude and unhelpfull and kept us waiting for an hour before letting us go on another shuttle bus. On return no pick up time was sent by email to the hotel.
