“Great APP that works for me.”

Many years ago I lost a lot of weight by calorie counting: looking up calories in little books and weighing all my food. Boring, time consuming but it worked. So after years much of it (the weight) has crept back on! Finding this Nutra Check APP by accident after a friend recommended another one (which wasn't very good) I'm delighted to say I'm on track to lose the weight. Thank goodness for technology.
Nutracheck is so easy to use and has the added bonus of letting me put in my exercise, that gives me extra calories if I exercise. It's also used my age and target weight to give me a sensible amount of calories. I've put my own recipes in although there are few foods I haven't been able to find anyway.
The whole process takes a few minutes a day and makes me focus on what I'm eating. It's on my phone and iPad and syncs between the two. For me, I believe this is the only way I can lose weight. I don't want to 'do' clubs or weigh ins, so finding this APP has meant I have my own 'minder'
I've lost 8lbs already and feel energised.
I've no hesitation in recommending it and have done. The friend who told me about the other APP has switched to the Nutra Check one and is also pleased.
In conclusion this is a simple, effective, well priced aid for weight watching and thinking about your diet.
