Took cover out on Hoover washing machine from 17/4/2016. Machine developed a leak on 16 March, attended 16 March - machine worked for 2 days then leaked again 22 March. Did not attend until 31 March. Couldn't find fault but said it was ok. Worked until 6 April then surprisingly leaked again, door jammed with washing inside and they couldn't get out until 12 April. Turned up late then couldn't find fault. Broke yet again on 13 April. The 'complaints' team said they would escalate it and someone should ring within 2 working days....still waiting!! New kitchen floor is starting to raise and in the last month, the machine has not worked for 24 days an absolute joke!! Why bother paying insurance with them when their customer service and complaints department are a joke. Pity I had to award them 1 star - should be a minus
