“Ainsile Customer Services Travel Up”

I found the whole process of booking tickets very straightforward and easy to understand.This the first time I had booked online and was very nervous but the site did what it said and everything was set out to ensure all steps were completed and the prices for the tickets were as stated at the beginning of the process with no surprises at the booking stage.
My only concern was having etickets sent but that is only because I have always used travel agents in the past.

I have had emails regarding the flight times being changed and still cannot understand why I have to confirm 72 hours before flying which I find strange and had to ask for a contact number which has been supplied.
