Over £10000 spent on kitchen. Been trying to sort out for 18 months - including the furniture ombudsman service. Latest email points out that design issues are customer responsibility!!!
So I may as well have ordered cabinets online and designed it all myself
I am now looking into options for civil court proceedings - The lack of customer service is worse than MFI was 20 years ago and it could have been so easy to fix. With a decent service to put right the design faults I would have been singing their praises and recommending them. Cabinet quality is good, all pieces were delivered on time but design was a disaster as they sold me worktops that wouldn't work with the doors I had chosen (as in technically not possible). How can that be my own fault<????
Bitter disappointment, wish I had gone elsewhere.
