“Assistance with setting up My Account through instant msg”

I was having trouble getting signed up to the new Daisy My Account service, but received immediate help with the Daisy Instant msg service from the person I dealt with who guided me through the process and assisted me with getting set up and logged in very quickly.
I would definitley use the instant msg service again if I should have any trouble in future, it was very useful and took no time at all.
