Our leather suite was delivered with some damage and we where told to phone customer services. A very rude man eventually came and repaired the faults that where obviously manufacturing defects and no apology has come from SCS. What is really annoying is the £6.10 phone charge for calling customer services twice, 019 numbers and where kept on hold perhaps to run up the charge.
We where genuine customers and paid cash, they are ripping off customers trying to contacting them to report their poor service.
