“Totally incompetent”

they managed to make everything way more complicated than it had to be and just simply failed on every level when I became a customer. Currently on hold to them again as they don't seem to look at documents sent by email to the address they advised to me to use. Most recent issue is getting a letter as they haven't received a payment which is isn't due and haven't updated their records from the documents previously sent. Totally sick of them wasting my time.
