I recently purchased my first car from the Car People, the service I received was nothing short of excellent right from the start. All the staff I spoke to were extremely helpful and very friendly and the whole process was very "hassle free" as advertised.
On the hand over day I was kept waiting for around 30 minutes, however the staff made sure that they were aware I was waiting and were apologetic about the situation.
She dealt with my finance - lovely lady, very pleasant and friendly. Nothing was rushed and I was made to feel at ease.
The only problem I have (which I cannot give 5 stars for, otherwise I would of) is I was told that a full service had been done on the vehicle including a top up of all engine fluids - however 2 days ago I manually checked the fluids under the bonnet and discovered that the coolant was not only below the minimum marker but in fact I could not see a level on the reservoir at all, when I took the cap off the reservoir was wet but I still couldn't see any fluid in it which resulted in me having to buy a bottle myself and fill it up. I have checked the level over the past 2 days and it has not changed since I topped it up myself so I don't think it's a leak or anything. Bit disappointing really after everything else being so great.
