All items delivered, tap missing, bath panel damaged, sink not standard, I called about 4 times to say plumbing did not fit, told repeatedly it was standard, my plumber called told it was standard, eventually advised there was an issue with sinks, sent out new sink.... It was chipped! Now waiting on replacement sink and have to pay for plumber to come back out again, plenty of apologies but no offer of compensation from in line chat, sent e mail to complain, but instead of my bathroom being finished on 2nd April it's going to be 21st (if replacement sink is not damaged) I'm also having to wait in again to take delivery of sink!
