Ordered a blind in February, now at my "estimated" delivery date and still no sign (despite lead time being 2 months). Staff are unhelpful and are unable to tell me when I will receive my blind. Surely this would be a standard question asked by customers?! All I keep getting is - it is only an estimated delivery date... but no-one can tell me when I am ever going to receive this. For a large brand like Laura Ashley, I would expect better service. They also seem to be undisturbed by the sheer volume of poor reviews they are receiving. Either send me the goods I have ordered or give me a full refund?!
