“worst experience ever”

booked and paid for tickets I didnt get... they ignored email and then eventually admitted the airline would not release the ticket ...long story short is that I was held to ransom for an extra payment for luggage... I still dont have a ticket stating my allowances... to be honest I would have been cheaper booking direct with the airline...it only seemed cheaper with dream world travel because they are less than scrupulous in their dealings I had been told luggage meals etc were all included... awful experience
Been in tears more than once & I will never use or recommend to anyone..not even my worst enemy
