“5 seconds of summer ,nightmare!!”

so we go through a fan site (5sos) where you pre order their CD get a **pre-sale code for concert tickets are automatically directed to See Tickets to purchase 3 (best available) job done!! only to find lots of our friends bought general sale days later and their seats put ours to shame!!! fuming!!! few months later everyone has got their tickets (not see customers)... then its 3 days to the concert (the two super fans I'm taking are now showing tears) cant track my own order (as is implied) cant phone and talk personally with someone (why's there no humans??) have to email = my reply from see :please pick up your tickets at the venue... NO, NO, can the purchaser i.e daddy of course ...pick up with id/credit card, daddy's not going!!! and all our train tickets are in place, what a mess, daddy did save the day and got a last minute train with us and then took the train back home, there's delivery fees on tickets just no delivery, I will never use See Tickets again, the stress was sickening. Bless those that were maybe taking a flight, sleeping over or coming from further away than us, I would rather go without, also as I was directed from the boys site the disorganisation has made their management look terrible!!! although I was guaranteed pre-sale, it gave me no peace of mind due to the lack of communication.
