“I'd say there is more good than bad about Sun Country....”

Good Points
People are very nice. Airplanes show some wear, but both seats I had were comfortable. Ontime performance as good as any airline I've flown.

General Comments
I'd say there is more good than bad about Sun Country. They offer good prices to popular locations.Really, I encountered just one "bad point". In Minneapolis, Sun Country had customary electronic conveniences. But in Seattle, the checkin options were limited to getting in a serpentine line for Delta who do the agent functions for Sun Country on a contract. Being mixed with a Delta crowd meant the line was way longer than a pure Sun Country line would have been. And Sun Country has no self-service option. Its been a while since I've used anything but self-service, so it was disappointing that I had to wait in a line that long. Those who fly Sun Country for the savings need to know this is one compromise they make to keep costs down. If you don't want to stand in a line, fly a bigger airline that has self-service kiosks.
