I purchased a mattress from dormeo after seeing the advert on sky I only bought it because my wife recently became disabled and I thought it might help , how wrong was I , to start with the mattress was 3cm thinner and 4cm shorter in width and 3cm shorter in length and to add to that it was not the nights sleep we were hoping for in fact just the opposite it was awful , we only used it for one night then rang them the next day to complain , they said we needed to send pictures which we did but they still was not satisfied with what we were telling them so in the end we asked for a refund because it was so much trouble trying to sort it all out.
be careful if you send your item back we got charged for a free pillow £20.00 and also they charge you £30.00 for picking up the mattress so stating that you get a complete refund is a complete lie . the items really are nothing like the add's on the tv
